We combine 20 years of IT experience working with Federal, State and Local government customers as well as experience working with private sector clients. We use our Agile5 Model, which infuses Agile methodologies with selective CMMI Level 5 processes. This results in the delivery of faster, leaner, and higher quality projects with more predictability and less risk than standard Agile approaches. We have successfully applied this model to multiple award-winning initiatives across multiple agencies, including the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

For Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) OST re-engineered the FAA Automated Inventory Tracking System (AITS)—a Rich Internet, web-based enterprise application with 12 external system interfaces—using the C# programming language and ASP.NET technologies. Our agile/SCRUM development included re-engineering the AITS architecture to use a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), exposing the functionality and the data of the application via web services. We used the CAR process to help the FAA expand the capabilities and interoperability of AITS while lowering cost and risk.

We had successfully implemented Agile/Scrum development methodologies that have benefitted our customers by reducing defect leakage, decreasing delivery times, and ultimately increasing value.
